Final Menu for Banquet

The most recent Hilber reunion news is the decision on the final menu for Monday night's catered banquet. Here's what we have planned:

• Pork Loin with Béarnaise Sauce
• Oven Roasted Baby Reds
• Glazed Carrots
• Mixed Green Salad with Strawberries, Walnuts, and Gorgonzola dressed with a Raspberry Vinaigrette

We expect the cost to be only about $12.95 per person plus tax, and well worth it!
