Hilber Golf Tournament Rules:(Sun 7am – 4pm)
1. Must be a two person team; $2 to enter (given to Aunt Nancy)
2. Must play 9 holes between 7am and 4pm on Sunday 18 July
3. Cards must be signed & handed in to Aunt Nancy/Club House before 4pm
4. Not best ball but rather the total of both players’ scores (Count all strokes)
5. Start at any hole, but you must complete in order & together
6. All PGA rules and course rules are to be applied

Golf lessons- FREE
Kathryn Reynolds -lessons on chipping
Tony, Jean’s man- lessons on driving
Aunt Eva- classes on putting
*All lessons will be given Sunday starting at 9am until 2pm at the back of the Club House. You have to sign up and exact times are set by instructors.

Dinners- We have 3 dinners planned; Sun Tues, Fri

--Sunday catered banquet,Thanksgiving theme, 6pm loft

$15 for 13-72 years old
$10 for 6-12 years old
$5 for 3-5 years old
over 73 you've made it you're free

--- Tuesday night Christmas pot luck 6pm
No cost - a sign-up sheet for side dishes and desserts for 10-12 people (requested per family). The meat & breads provided
Menu is ham, bread, and the rest is pot-luck

---Friday night is 4th of July picnic
Burgers, Hotdogs, and anything else you want to put on the grill. (If the fish bite?)

Planned Events
*Christmas Play – The Casting Call is just kids volunteering to participate
in the play. Aunt Nancy will post the cast list on Sunday @ noon in
the Club House. Aunt Nancy will be interviewing as people check in
to pick our actors for the play (Don't hide-- she knows everyone!)
Aunts Eva and Theresa are Co-directing with Jodi as Costume and wardrobe designer.
Duane Roman is the set designer but needs some help with assembly AKA Stagehands.
Rehearsals /Costume fittings will be:
Ø Sunday 1-3pm Costume fitting @ Club House
Ø Monday 10-12pm Costume fitting @ Club House (if you missed Sunday)and rehearsal
Ø Tuesday 9-10am Rehearsal @ Loft (If needed, Directors to address)
Ø Tuesday After dinner @ 8pm The Play

*Circle Jam is open microphone for musicians to enjoy and entertain @8pm Tuesday

*Egg Hunt, At Aunt Peggy's cabin time to be determined, she will determine how many hunts and will be using plastic eggs. There will be events for Adults as well.

*Bunko starting @7pm at the Loft, hosted by Karen and Jean, some cost but prizes to be won.

*Brothers Brunch coordinated by Tony Hilber will be held in a local diner, time to be determined?

*Sisters' Tea - Will not happen this year stay tunned for more info.

*4th of July cookout- Fireworks to follow, directed by Sean and Tony Hilber
